Gonna do a short quick post, have to try to complete my D&T research. And I've yet to eat my dinner, it's 11PM now my god.
So for the past 2 weekends during the holiday I've been doing voluntary work over at the East side. The first event was the North East Run 2010, and the second event was Aviva Ironman 70.3 Triathlon 2010.
It was a really fab experience! Especially the Ironman event. The participants are mostly from other countries, like Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and United Kingdom(!!!) etc. I cannot imagine myself swimming for 1.9 km followed by cycling for 90.1 km and then run for 20.1 km within 4 hours which the first participant did it and he is from Australia. Very impressive. Really. Ironman!
